Specialized teams | Network of experts

Two teams of specialized professionals operate in GESPEA, dedicated exclusively to the management of “complex” claims in Property and Liability. For particular and specific cases, GESPEA makes use of an established network of experts in various fields, such as construction, technology, occupational safety, quality processes, works of art, valuables and jewelry, accounting, etc.

Types of claims where we have gained significant experience

  • Property (Fire, Theft, BBB – Bankers Blanket Bond): covers property damage such as fire, theft and other events involving physical assets.
  • Liability (G.C.R., O.C.R., Products Liability, Professional Liability) of the company to third parties, such as damage to persons or property caused by the company’s activities.
  • Business Interruption (L.O.P., A.L.O.P., M.d.C.) or financial losses suffered by a business due to forced interruptions, such as fire or property damage. The acronyms stand for Loss of Profit, Additional Loss of Profit, and Maximum Debit.
  • Technological risks (C.A.R., Decennial posthumous, E.A.R., Machine failure, Supply, Leasing, Electronics, Photovoltaic), a category that covers technology-related risks, such as damage to machinery, electronic equipment, supplies and photovoltaic systems.
